The expected ferocity of the storm "Saint Jude" did not materialise in my particular area. Quite close, however, there was a lot more disruption; trees blown down, power outtages and flooded roads.
By midday, the wind had died down and the sun came out. It has been sunny all afternoon. There is a distinct fall in temparature from this morning though.
I am having a bit of a restful day. I hope to have more energy tomorrow and get some things done.
